Anyone have any ideas on building a punching bag stand to hang a bag from? - punching bag stand
I have a punching bag and speed bag for Christmas, but I'm not going to hang. I do not want to buy a punching bag, if possible with cand. All ideas on building a support to hang a bag of 100 pounds, and yet in a position to take a beating too?
